1. Create Your Dealer Page

  • Your first step after creating your account (you probably want to use your business name or some sort for your username), is to visit the link below to create your dealer page. This page allows you to enter all your dealer information (address, phone #'s, logo, etc.).
  • Your newly created dealer page will be visible in the main dealers section AND in the state's section, and will make it easier for you to manually add your inventory to our site. Your dealer info will automatically show up on every ad you create, so you do now have to manually enter it every time.

2. Enter Ads Manually

  • Creating an ad as a dealer is the same as a general poster, you are just able to skip entering your phone number and address, which is populated from your dealer page onto your ad(including your logo).

3. Automatic Inventory Creation

  • Timeless Rides offers a service to automatically upload your inventory to our site. The requirements for this service are:
  • You currently have a website with your inventory on it. We will use this to copy the data over.
  • You place a link on your dealer homepage to our website. We will supply you with the text link, and it can be put at the footer of your homepage. We are not looking to steal your visitors or ruin the layout of your site.
  • Once we enter your inventory, you promise to keep the inventory on this site updated by deleting sold inventory, updating prices, and entering new inventory.
  • Dealers opting into this service also get their dealership listing displayed on our homepage AND you can select 3 of your ads to rotate in our favorites section which is also shown on the main page. This makes for GREAT exposure to your inventory.
